Landsgate Design Group did the original design concept for this site in December 2001. The site went live comprised of a meager few pages on a brand new domain, with no listings on search engines, no following, and the very essence of all the issues of a new web site. With the cooperation of the Pet Central Management, this site has grown into a major bussiness asset at an amazing rate.
Today this web site averages a half million hits per month, and is generating recurring revenue every two months that equals or exceeds the total costs for site development and ongoing management.
LAS VEGAS BIZ PARK CLICK THE NAME
The principal purpose of the site was to act as an online portal for its client sites. The online business portal was an extremely complex system with multiple integrated levels of online advertising and marketing opportunities for its clients. 
Additionally the site was slated for expansions to accomodate B2B networking and e-commerce.
FIRST LADY - 4 LIFE was one of the many client sites of The Las Vegas Biz Park. This site featured an indepth set of product pages with a crossover link to an online order processing system. This design was nominated for a Biz Park Design Award.
PAPERLESS CONCEPTS is a premier developer of software solutions in the Las Vegas area. Their extensive array of Microsoft engineering and systems certifications make Paperless Concepts a powerful source for data applications and engineering development. This B2B company also is a provider to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas technical education program.
J. WHITNEY FINANCIAL Inc., of Colorado Springs, is one of the finest and most well respected mortgage companies in the region. Their staff is exceptionally knowledgable, courteous, and helpful. They specialize in acquiring financing in special circumstance situations.
This site was an incredible success story with an unfortunate ending. When Landsgate Design Group was contracted to do the site, the project was a hodgepodge of partially completed graphics, empty and incompleted pages, and was critically behind schedule. The client had 22 days to get the site up, to coincide with other marketing endeavors. Twenty one days later the first version of the Ross Austin web site, complete with 93 html pages and a total of 107 newly done supporting graphics launched.
